　　冬至到，吃餃子，剛到家看到姥姥正在包餃子，可能是猜到我中午沒有吃上餃子吧，我趕快洗洗手來幫忙。

　　姥姥把面團(tuán)揉一揉，然后搓成粗細(xì)均勻的長條，又切成大小一樣的小面團(tuán)，撒上些面粉，因?yàn)楹ε挛覔{的面皮不夠圓，姥姥又幫我把這些小面團(tuán)壓成圓圓的面片。搟餃子皮可是個(gè)技術(shù)活，用力太大，面片就會粘在搟面杖上，還會厚薄不均。

　　我先把面片搟成橢圓形，再把它轉(zhuǎn)個(gè)圈，搟短的一面，如果覺得有地方厚了些，我還會再補(bǔ)一下，這樣圓圓的面片就大功告成。

　　接下來該包餃子了，這我還不太熟練，姥姥給我做了示范，我照著姥姥的樣子，把面片平攤在手上，挖了點(diǎn)餃子餡放上去，對折餃子皮，輕輕把皮捏在一起，好，成功!

　　可我包的餃子真難看，肚子癟癟的趴在桌上。姥姥說這是因?yàn)槲野�的餡太少了，再包一個(gè)，多放些餡，這次的好看多了。

　　姥姥說冬至不吃餃子，耳朵會凍掉，我猜，一定是因?yàn)轱溩拥男螤钕穸�朵，又熱乎乎的，吃了餃子，耳朵就不冷了，再冷的天也不怕。我可不想耳朵被凍掉，所以我要多吃點(diǎn)，吃著自己包的餃子真香呀!
