Secretary of the international day is international secretary The festival started in 1952 by the national secretaries association (not the international association of secretary) organization "national secretary zhou", the initiator is a public relations officer HarryKlemfuss association and office products. Objective to sure the contribution of secretarial work in the workplace, and encourage young friends into the professional career development. In 2000, secretary of the international association announced that drop and secretary zhou (Professional Secretaries Week and Professional SecretariesDay.) changed its name. Name changed to "Administrative professional Week" and "Administrative professional Day" (Administrative Professionals Week and AdministrativeProfessionals Day), is in keeping with the change of work content and job enlargement.
Many years later, the administrative professional week has become one of the largest working holiday. All over the world celebrate this holiday, for the community affairs, education and organize the recognition of employees' personal activities and make millions of people are gathered. Although sometimes celebrations by other groups and individuals to change, sometimes even being vilified, but a lot of this kind of activity is already open.
Secretary of the international association recommended by providing administrative and secretarial staff training, continuing education or self-study materials, to understand the administrative professional week. Another suggestion is to make better use of administrative duties professional skills for commitment.
國際秘書日國際秘書日 這個節(jié)日開始于1952年由國家秘書協(xié)會(不是國際秘書協(xié)會)組織的“國家秘書周”，發(fā)起者是公共關系官員HarryKlemfuss和辦公產(chǎn)品商協(xié)會。目的為肯定秘書工作在職場上的貢獻，并鼓勵年輕朋友們投入此專業(yè)生涯發(fā)展。2000年，國際秘書協(xié)會宣布秘書節(jié)和秘書周(Professional Secretaries Week and Professional SecretariesDay.)更名。名字改為“行政專業(yè)周”和“行政專業(yè)日”(Administrative Professionals Week and AdministrativeProfessionals Day)，是為了與工作內(nèi)容的變化和工作職責的擴大一致。
許多年后，行政專業(yè)周已成為最大的工作節(jié)日之一。世界各地都慶祝這個節(jié)日，因社團事務，教育年會和組織認可員工的個人合作活動而使數(shù)百萬人聚集在一起。雖然有時慶�；顒佑袝r被其它團體和個人改變，甚至被詆毀，但是大量的這種活動已經(jīng)是公開化了。
國際秘書協(xié)會建議通過為行政及秘書人員提供培訓、再教育或者自學材料，使之能了解行政專業(yè)周。另一個建議就是以更好的利用行政專業(yè)技能的職責為承諾。
