　　第一段：第一句話交待目的，簡明扼要、準(zhǔn)確清楚地交代事情或要通知的信息。

　　第二段：一句總結(jié)，強(qiáng)調(diào)對方要盡快做出回應(yīng)。

　　2、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)

　　第一段：表明通知的事項(xiàng)、目的，可以在本段寫明相關(guān)活動的時(shí)間(1-2句)。

　　第二段：詳情(根據(jù)題目中的要求寫)(3-4句)。

　　第三段：聯(lián)系方式(1-2句)
